Covid 19

We're halfway through 2020
But, we find ourselves stuck in our homes.
Some find it to be an amazing experience,
While others can't wait to go out again.

We're halfway through 2020
And, we're losing our usual experiences.
Cinemas, game arcades even business, closed.
Some find the feeling more than just terrible.

We're halfway through 2020
And, emotions are on high, patience is fading even the government is uneasy.
It seems everything we know is turning upside down,
Worst of all the people we love are at risk.

We're halfway through 2020
And it's not shameful to hope for a positive outcome,
Even as it is our prayers still reach their destination.
Our hearts are still intact.

We're halfway through 2020
So take precaution, wait patiently in hope
Don't lose faith, don't fall into a deep end.
That's all we can do to keep going.
So let's do our best, and we'll make it through, Covid 19.
